“Aria” to interact directly with customers to recommend Vegas hottest shows and attractions and help with ticketing and reservations
Realbotix, a leader in AI-powered humanoid robotics, is putting its flagship robot, “Aria,” to work as a customer service representative at the Tix4 kiosk inside the Fashion Show Las Vegas, providing on-site AI-powered customer service, real-time recommendations and assistance on Las Vegas shows, attractions, and local entertainment.
Starting August 7th and for a limited engagement, Tix4, the Las Vegas’ Strip trip’s go-to resource for all things entertainment, will use Aria’s advanced conversational AI and emotional intelligence to assist tourists and customers with personalized show and entertainment recommendations, real-time Q&A about local attractions and ticketing and seamless customer support in a dynamic retail environment. With its multilingual capabilities and natural, lifelike interactions, Aria will offer a futuristic and engaging customer experience while helping Tix4 expand its reach to the city’s diverse and international audiences. Customers can interact with Aria and ask her questions like “Aria, what’s playing at the Sphere tonight?” or “Aria, where can I get a reservation at an Italian restaurant for 6 people on Friday night?” or “Aria, what are the live music options for tonight?”
This activation marks the first public-facing deployment of a Realbotix robot in its intended business use case and reflects growing interest from partners in entertainment, hospitality, and retail sectors. With scalable production and modular AI capabilities, Realbotix is positioned to meet growing demand for interactive robotic staff.
