Fluke Reliability has officially announced the full integration of its eMaint Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) with Watchman Services—its AI-powered vibration condition monitoring solution. This strategic alignment gives maintenance and reliability teams a unified platform that bridges the gap between condition monitoring and maintenance execution, helping reduce operational costs, increase equipment uptime, and accelerate response times.

The announcement follows Fluke Reliability’s 2023 acquisition of Azima DLI, which introduced eMaint users to Azima’s advanced diagnostics and AI-based fault detection technology. With the direct connection now established between eMaint and Watchman Services, maintenance teams benefit from real-time vibration insights that automatically feed into eMaint’s work order management system—enabling faster, data-driven decisions.

Unplanned equipment downtime remains a costly and persistent issue across industrial sectors, often disrupting production, inflating maintenance budgets, and diminishing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

The newly integrated system enables Watchman Services to continuously monitor machine conditions and immediately send fault and failure data to eMaint. The system then creates a ticket and assigns an action to the appropriate facility manager, expediting issue resolution.

Key capabilities of this integration include:

  • Predictive Maintenance: The platform identifies early warning signs and long-term degradation patterns, allowing maintenance activities to be scheduled well in advance—often months before a potential failure.

  • Proactive Parts Forecasting: With accurate fault predictions, facilities can better plan spare parts inventory for scheduled maintenance, minimizing unnecessary stockpiling and managing working capital more effectively, especially critical in today’s volatile supply chain environment.

  • Automated Workflow: The system eliminates manual reviews of spreadsheets or logs by automatically detecting issues and routing tickets to the correct personnel, streamlining labor efforts and boosting overall efficiency.
