Automation Anywhere, a leader in AI-powered automation, has expanded its collaboration with Microsoft by bringing Microsoft Azure OpenAI services to its new AI + Automation enterprise system, enabling enterprises to use AI agents to automate complex end-to-end processes across enterprise applications.

This announcement expands Automation Anywhere’s existing integrated enterprise automation platform with Azure AI Document Intelligence. Customers can create AI agents for complex enterprise automation use cases from generative AI models in Azure OpenAI Services with the company’s new AI Studio solution. Automation Anywhere already has Azure AI Document Intelligence built into its own Document Automation solution, which processes standard formats. Customers can now use Azure OpenAI Services as their foundational model provider to process unstructured documents, alongside Automation Anywhere’s enhanced Document Automation.
