Kaiber, the AI creative lab and generative video platform, announced the addition of two new marquis hires to its executive team: Ede Schweizer, Chief Design Officer, and Kyt Janae, Head of Kaiber Studio.

The onboarding of these industry luminaries to company management is a key step in accelerating Kaiber’s AI-forward strategic plan. Known as the go-to tool for musically inclined creatives, Kaiber has commenced its next phase of operations, which focuses on reinventing the creative process for all consumers.

A Powerhouse Duo Takes the Lead

Ede Schweizer steps into his role as Kaiber’s new Chief Design Officer. Schweizer was integral in bringing to life some of the world’s most recognizable products. He was instrumental in development of the original iPhone and App Store at Apple, while subsequently designing and bringing the Android platform and the Play Store to market at Google. He then transitioned to lead the platform redesign of Pinterest. Schweizer was then welcomed into Viv Labs as its Creative Director, up until Samsung acquired the company, where he transitioned to lead the Samsung design team to brand and launch Bixby. He continued his string of successes taking on a leadership role in the launch of the Alexa Innovation Lab at Amazon. At Kaiber, Schweizer brings his immense amount of expertise to enhance the product design system and user experience, bridging the gap between technology and users with intuitive, impactful solutions. He will also support creative direction for Kaiber Studio.

Alongside Schweizer, Kaiber is proud to announce that creative luminary Kyt Janae has joined the company as Head of Kaiber Studio, an entity already known for its groundbreaking creative work. Janae was a formative voice in [adult swim]’s iconic brand IDs from 2015 – 2021, including collaborations with industry giants such as Rick and Morty, MTV, and VICE. Her impact within music was just as powerful, including breakthrough partnerships with artists such as Doja Cat and Skrillex, and live event production for Coachella and Governors Ball. In 2020 Janae helped pioneer digital art sales cross over into the mainstream via her work with Foundation. Her art has been exhibited at LACMA and MoMA, while her videos have generated nearly half a billion views. Janae has thrived at the intersection of art, entertainment, and culture, pushing the boundaries with AI innovation. Leveraging her unique blend of vision, expertise, and industry relationships, Janae aims to introduce more AI-driven solutions to studio-level artists.
