Work4Flow, a pioneer in solving last-mile challenges for agentic AI adoption, has announced a strategic collaboration with LogicMonitor, the leading AI-first platform for Autonomous IT. Together, the companies are launching advanced Agent-to-Agent (A2A) capabilities engineered to integrate LogicMonitor’s Edwin AI directly into the ServiceNow ecosystem.
By combining LogicMonitor’s advanced observability intelligence with Work4Flow’s deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and agentic AI, the partnership bridges operational insights with real-time incident management. The new A2A framework enables Edwin AI to stream automated event correlations, root-cause analysis, and diagnostic insights into ServiceNow workflows as IT incidents unfold.
Bridging Operational Intelligence with Enterprise Incident Workflows
Enterprise IT teams in the present day frequently find themselves dealing with varied systems during real-time investigations and resolutions. Although LogicMonitor provides the essential information that is needed for Autonomous IT, many enterprises conduct their day-to-day ticketing and resolution processes using ServiceNow.

To solve this issue, LogicMonitor has collaborated with Work4Flow, which integrates the contextual intelligence of Edwin AI directly in the native ServiceNow environment without the need for data silos or manual context switching. Using the ITOps Context Graph of LogicMonitor, the Edwin AI combines the signal data and creates insights into system dependencies, business impact, and remediation options.
Engineering the Agent-to-Agent (A2A) Architecture
Work4Flow’s specialized engineering team collaborated closely with LogicMonitor’s product developers to build the underlying A2A architecture, allowing ServiceNow AI agents to autonomously query Edwin AI on demand.
The integration centers on two critical operational workflows: automated event correlation and AI-guided investigation. These workflows are supported by six granular Edwin AI modules:
Alert Metrics & Insight Metrics
Root Cause Analysis
Alert Summary & Insight Summary
Diagnosis Guidance
Instead of pushing static diagnostic reports, the dynamic A2A protocol allows ServiceNow agents to selectively invoke specific Edwin AI modules as an incident evolves. Responders receive correlated event data early in the life cycle, followed by deeper metrics and AI-driven diagnostic guidance as the resolution process deepens.
“The real value of AI agents comes from giving them access to the right intelligence at the right moment,” said Karthik Sj, Chief AI Officer, LogicMonitor. “With A2A, Edwin AI can bring LogicMonitor’s observability context, from metrics to root cause analysis, directly into ServiceNow as an investigation unfolds. Work4Flow brought the ServiceNow and agentic AI expertise that helped us turn that vision into a production-ready experience for customers.”
Accelerating Enterprise Agentic AI Adoption and ROI
This collaboration highlights Work4Flow’s mission to help technology providers make proprietary data and domain-specific intelligence accessible across the broader enterprise AI ecosystem.
“LogicMonitor trusted Work4Flow’s growing ServiceNow and agentic AI capabilities to bring Edwin AI into the ServiceNow ecosystem,” said Sanjay K. Gupta, Founder and CEO of Work4Flow. “Our team combined deep ServiceNow expertise with agentic AI engineering to build the A2A integration connecting ServiceNow AI agents with Edwin AI. As enterprise AI moves toward multi-agent orchestration, secure and governed AI, and production-scale adoption, this collaboration demonstrates how A2A can connect specialized AI capabilities across platforms, extending the value of Edwin AI and delivering scalable, measurable business outcomes and greater ROI for joint customers.”
As enterprise IT architectures shift toward multi-agent orchestration, the joint A2A solution provides a scalable blueprint for connecting specialized platform intelligence, delivering faster Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) and higher operational ROI for mutual customers.
