ZEISS has appointed Axel Christian as President of ZEISS North America, effective October 1, 2026. The newly created role brings the company’s operations across the United States and Canada under a more unified regional structure, with a focus on collaboration and cross-business initiatives.
Based at the ZEISS Innovation Center California in Dublin, California, Christian will represent ZEISS North America, lead region-wide initiatives, and identify opportunities across the company’s business segments. These include semiconductor manufacturing technology, industrial quality and research, medical technology, consumer markets, and photonics and optics.
