PagerDuty has appointed Arnaud Lagarde as Vice President of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), strengthening its regional leadership as demand for AI-driven digital operations continues to grow.
Lagarde will lead PagerDuty’s next phase of growth across the EMEA region, helping customers modernize incident management and digital operations. He brings more than 20 years of enterprise technology and sales leadership experience, having previously held senior roles at Automation Anywhere, CA Technologies and BMC. Throughout his career, he has focused on enterprise go-to-market strategy, AI adoption and building high-performing regional organizations.
The appointment comes as organizations across EMEA continue to invest in AI-powered operations platforms to improve resilience, automate incident response and reduce the impact of digital disruptions. As enterprises manage increasingly complex cloud environments, operational visibility and automation are becoming strategic priorities rather than purely IT concerns.
