Cognizant and ServiceNow Partner to Drive Cross-Platform AI Agent Interoperability

Cognizant has revealed a major move to expand its strategic partnership with ServiceNow to develop cross-platform agentic AI interoperability. This partnership basically connects the architectural gap between the siloed enterprise AI systems by allowing the autonomous AI agents that run on Cognizant’s orchestration platforms to interact, share their contexts, and carry out multi-step workflows in a native way within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Through the seamless inter-agent collaboration, the joint system not only breaks the barriers of data silos but also removes manual operational handoffs in complicated corporate workflows like IT service management, HR onboarding, and customer care. This orchestration model which is ready for production makes it possible for large enterprises to scale high-trust automation while also implementing unified governance, holding end-to-end auditability, and achieving absolute compliance throughout their entire software delivery network.
