Kyndryl Unveils Agentic AI Services to Drive Workforce & Customer Experience Transformation

In a move to sharpen enterprises’ readiness for the AI era, Kyndryl launched a new set of advisory and implementation services leveraging its Kyndryl Agentic AI Framework to help organizations embed “agentic” AI across workforce strategy, change management and customer experience. The services are designed to help businesses reskill employees, restructure processes and design curated experiences where AI agents engage proactively with people beyond traditional prompt-driven models. “Agentic AI will rapidly reshape job roles, ways of working and how enterprises are organized – and equally change how they engage their customers,” said Ismail Amla, Senior Vice President of Kyndryl Consult.

The initiative responds to data from Kyndryl’s 2025 Readiness Report showing 87 % of leaders expect AI to completely reshape jobs in the next year, yet only 29 % believe their workforce is ready. Through this offering, Kyndryl pairs its workforce transformation and organisational change-management expertise with its design-led transformation practice, Kyndryl Vital, to address business process redesign, upskilling, people-AI collaboration and user-experience engineering. Projects already underway include assisting a global manufacturing company with culture, organisational structure and upskilling redesign, and a healthcare organisation’s programme to integrate AI into daily work. The new services position Kyndryl to guide enterprises in moving from pilot AI experiments into scaled, sustained returns anchoring people, process and experience in their agentic-AI adoption journeys.
