Oracle Enhances AI Database Services on AWS with New Offerings and Partner Program

At Oracle AI World 2025 in Las Vegas, Oracle announced substantial improvements to its Oracle Database@AWS platform, designed to strengthen enterprise AI capabilities. The enhancements consist of the addition of Oracle Autonomous AI Lakehouse, Oracle Zero Data Loss Autonomous Recovery Service, and support for Terraform. These features allow for zero-ETL data integration across Oracle and AWS with ease, providing advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI services such as Amazon Bedrock. Customers are now able to acquire Oracle Database@AWS from certified AWS and Oracle channel partners, allowing more flexibility in obtaining these services. Karan Batta, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Senior Vice President, emphasized that there has been strong interest from large businesses in many industries since the general availability of the platform in July, citing the superior security capabilities, intelligent data protection, and ease of database management now provided.

Companies like Zema Global have implemented Oracle Database@AWS to improve performance and handle difficult business problems. Chad Ellison, CTO at Zema Global, said that the solution allowed for a streamlined migration process from on-premises to AWS, greatly enhancing uptime and resiliency and providing low-latency access to historical market data. The addition of the partner program reseller option further expands the flexibility and availability of Oracle Database@AWS, enabling customers to get the offering through their valued partners. Ruba Borno, AWS Vice President of Specialists and Partners, underlined that having Oracle Database@AWS available for resale offers customers more choice and flexibility to bring all their data into one place on AWS to create AI applications and agents that can change their business. This move reflects Oracle’s focus on helping enterprises build powerful AI-driven database capabilities on the AWS cloud.
