Nebius Group N.V., a leading provider of AI infrastructure solutions, announced a strategic agreement to supply dedicated AI infrastructure to Microsoft.
Under the terms of this multi-year contract, Nebius will deliver dedicated capacity to Microsoft from its newly established data center in Vineland, New Jersey, with operations set to begin later this year. This collaboration underscores Nebius’s expanding role in supporting large-scale AI deployments for global technology leaders.
Arkady Volozh, founder and CEO of Nebius, said: “Nebius’s core AI cloud business, serving customers from AI startups to enterprises, is performing exceptionally well. We have also said that, in addition to our core business, we expect to secure significant long-term committed contracts with leading AI labs and big tech companies. I’m happy to announce the first of these contracts, and I believe there are more to come. The economics of the deal are attractive in their own right, but, significantly, the deal will also help us to accelerate the growth of our AI cloud business even further in 2026 and beyond.”

The company plans to finance the capital expenditure required for the contract through a mix of cash flow generated by the deal and debt issuance secured against the contract, benefiting from the strong credit quality of the counterparty. Additionally, Nebius is actively exploring other financing options to accelerate growth beyond initial projections and will provide updates on its strategy in due course.
