nVoq, a leading provider of AI-powered voice-enabled solutions for the healthcare industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Quinn as Vice President of Strategic Business Development. In this new role, Quinn will spearhead initiatives to drive growth beyond nVoq’s core in-home health market, focusing on strategic partnerships and expansion into adjacent healthcare segments.

“Michael brings deep expertise in building and scaling high-impact ISV and channel partner ecosystems,” said Dawn Iddings, CRO of nVoq. “His proven ability to cultivate strategic alliances and drive partner-led growth will be instrumental as we advance our position and expand into new markets across the healthcare landscape.”

In his role at nVoq, Quinn will lead efforts to accelerate the company’s growth strategy by expanding into high-potential markets beyond Home Health and Hospice. This includes targeting adjacent care settings such as Skilled Nursing, Behavioral Health, and specialties like Radiology—segments where clinical complexity and documentation demands are high. These areas represent a significant opportunity for nVoq’s AI-powered platform to streamline workflows, reduce clinician burden, and deliver measurable value to partners and their end-users.

“What attracted me to nVoq was the integrity and vision of the leadership team, the strength of its technology, and the opportunity to evolve long-standing partnerships into new, impactful collaborations,” Quinn said. “nVoq is a recognized leader in AI-powered voice recognition, and just as importantly, a company that prioritizes and invests in its partner ecosystem. As ambient technology expands into new use cases, nVoq is uniquely positioned to support that growth through our purpose-built large language models. We are committed to helping our partners deliver greater value to their end-users and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of their solutions.”

With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare technology and channel development, Quinn brings deep industry knowledge and a proven track record of driving partner-led growth. His career includes leadership roles at Greenway Health, IVANS, gloStream, and most recently Inovalon. There, he spent over a decade building and operationalizing a Strategic Partner Development team that grew to one of the largest in the industry, with more than 600 partners generating year-over-year double-digit growth in annual recurring revenue.
