CoreWeave, the AI Hyperscaler™, has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Weights & Biases, a leading AI developer platform. This strategic acquisition strengthens CoreWeave’s purpose-built cloud ecosystem, delivering an integrated, end-to-end experience for customers. By merging these capabilities, CoreWeave enhances its support for AI labs and enterprises worldwide, empowering them to efficiently build, refine, and deploy AI applications.
This transaction unites CoreWeave’s advanced cloud infrastructure and managed services with the powerful Weights & Biases AI developer platform. Together, they aim to streamline AI model training, evaluation, and monitoring, creating a seamless workflow for AI innovation. Customers will benefit from an accelerated development pipeline, allowing for faster go-to-market execution. The integration will result in a unified team dedicated to optimizing user experience and productivity. CoreWeave also intends to introduce new innovations to the Weights & Biases platform while maintaining the reliability and functionality that customers depend on. Additionally, Weights & Biases users will retain the flexibility to deploy workloads on-premise or with their preferred infrastructure provider.
