The Partnership Will Enable Healthcare Providers To Leverage Actionable, Source-Verified Insights For Precision Medicine And Improved Patient Outcomes

Atropos Health, a pioneer in translating clinical real-world data into personalized real-world evidence (RWE) and insights, and xCures, a pioneer in AI-powered healthcare data retrieval, extraction and structuring, announced a partnership to harness RWE-based insights to support patient care. Through this partnership, the companies will leverage AI, the Atropos Evidence Network, and the xCures Platform to develop and deploy rigorously validated prognostic and decision support tools to healthcare providers across the healthcare ecosystem.

The partnership represents a significant leap forward in the use of AI to analyze and deploy RWE. Together, Atropos Health and xCures will develop tools that deliver traceable, source-verified insights from raw clinical notes, analytics, and imaging data—directly into clinical workflows. These tools empower providers to make faster, data-informed decisions tailored to individual patients, helping close the gap between evidence generation and actionable outcomes.

“Removing data silos and doing it in a manner that meets the highest standards of accuracy and compliance aligns with our mission,” said Dr. Brigham Hyde, CEO and co-founder at Atropos Health. “The state of healthcare data, with the use of AI, can rapidly advance precision medicine. Together with xCures, by utilizing the portfolio of Atropos Health services such as GENEVA OS™, Green Button™, Atropos Evidence Network and Alexandria™, shared decision making in clinical settings based on RWE is becoming a reality and an important time-saving tool for physicians.”

The xCures platform operates as an AI powered intelligent layer over Health Information Exchanges (HIEs) and Qualified Health Information Networks (QHINs), seamlessly aligning with the standards outlined by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services under The Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement™ (TEFCA™). Designed to support interoperability and data exchange, the platform ensures compliance while enhancing the utility of healthcare data for personalized treatment planning and clinical decision support. The platform is accessible for Treatment or through Individual Access Services (IAS) as defined under TEFCA. The same solution can be seamlessly integrated with existing organization-owned medical records.

“This partnership empowers providers with real-time access to evidence-based decision support tools developed by Atropos Health and its partners,” said Mika Newton, CEO of xCures. “By integrating Atropos Health’s groundbreaking real-world evidence capabilities with the xCures platform, we enable seamless deployment of these tools directly into clinical workflows. This collaboration ensures that providers can leverage actionable insights at the point of care, improving outcomes and delivering precision medicine at scale.”

Providers gain real-time access to dynamic tools, including checklists, patient-specific summaries, and AI-powered search functionalities, enabling them to rapidly identify actionable insights. Crucially, every data point within the system is traceable and source-verified, whether it originates from raw clinical notes, inferred analytics, or extracted imaging data.

This transparency ensures not only trust in the data but also compliance with the highest standards of medical accuracy.

This announcement comes on the heels of Atropos Health’s new offer of healthcare AI model training, testing, and deployment to members of the Atropos Evidence™ Network. Customers rely on Atropos Health’s portfolio of evidence-generation tools through the federated installation of GENEVA OS™ in their internal cloud data environment. In addition to the Green Button™, GENEVA OS customers can access Alexandria™, a collection of tens of thousands of existing studies, including active clinical trial designs. The existing studies in Alexandria can be rerun on local data, generating novel content and evidence for customer use. All of the solutions enable evidence generation with the same speed-to-insight users have come to expect from Atropos Health.
