The $125 million Series C funding round for Zenity, which is an artificial intelligence security and governance platform, is headed up by Norwest, along with the involvement of Qumra Capital, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Hitachi Ventures, LG Technology Ventures, and current investors. This new financing will help to further the development of the platform, build out the research staff at Zenity Labs, and expand into Europe and Asia-Pacific. Unlike traditional enterprise security solutions focused narrowly on prompt and model layers, Zenity’s architecture offers intent-aware detection and real-time deterministic controls that allow, modify, or block actions before execution across frameworks such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, and custom agentic systems.

Commenting on the shift in enterprise adoption, Ben Kliger, co-founder and CEO of Zenity, noted, “Enterprise AI is skyrocketing. AI experimentation is long over and any organization on the planet is promoting AI agents at velocity and adoption rates never seen before in any tech wave.” SoftBank Corp. CISO and CRO Tadashi Iida emphasized the necessity of governance, stating, “As our use of AI agents continues to grow, maintaining security, governance and operational control is essential. Zenity enables us to confidently deploy AI agents across the enterprise, giving us the visibility and governance required to support innovation at scale.” Validated by Gartner as a category frontrunner and trusted by major Fortune 500 and Global 2000 clients, Zenity has consistently tripled its revenue annually, positioning itself to establish crucial security standards for the emerging era of autonomous enterprise workflows.
