Customers including Perplexity, Clay, Verkada and others report automating over half of all IT tickets spanning onboarding, off-boarding, access granting, and reporting with one head of IT noting: “With Serval, we’ve automated more than half of our IT tickets, including fully automating onboarding and offboarding across our core tools. What used to take me hours, now happens instantly.”

Meanwhile, the security team lead added: “It helps us enforce the principle of least privilege by automatically working with employees to identify the minimum level of access needed and granting it only for the required duration.” Patrick Chase of Redpoint Ventures remarked, “Legacy platforms were never designed for the AI era, and IT teams are uniquely positioned to benefit from the efficiencies that can be created if AI is used smartly… We see Serval not just as the future of ITSM, but as the platform that will redefine enterprise service management as a whole.”  Looking ahead, Serval plans to use the funds to expand its platform, enhance enterprise-grade features and accelerate migrations from traditional ITSM systems, positioning itself as the standard for AI-driven IT operations.
