proteanTecs and Global Unichip Corporation (GUC) have expanded their strategic collaboration to integrate proteanTecs’ on-chip health and performance monitoring solutions directly into GUC’s custom ASIC platforms, broadening their existing focus on high-bandwidth die-to-die interconnects, HBM subsystems, and advanced packaging to encompass the entire compute fabric. By embedding hardware monitoring capabilities into custom System-on-Chip (SoC) designs, the joint pre-validated solution equips customers across data centers, automotive, networking, and AI infrastructure with real-time telemetry, in-mission power reduction, dynamic performance optimization, and fleet management capabilities throughout the chip’s lifecycle from bring-up to field operation.
