Cognizant has made a definitive agreement to purchase DyFlex Solutions, an Australian company, which is a multi-award winning SAP Platinum Partner, to drive enterprise transformation powered by AI solutions for its SAP customers in Australia and New Zealand. The company was founded in 2011 and has over 300 employees offering advisory, consulting, implementation, and management services in areas such as mining, energy, manufacturing, logistics, and the public sector. The acquisition aligns with Cognizant’s AI Builder strategy, integrating DyFlex’s local domain knowledge and proprietary AI-enhanced accelerators with Cognizant’s global scale and platforms, such as Neuro AI Enterprise Core and Cognizant SAP Agentic AI Platform, to help regional enterprises transition from isolated AI pilots to production-ready agentic systems.

Highlighting the value of this strategic synergy, Roshan Subudhi, SVP and Head of Intelligent Enterprise Platforms at Cognizant, stated, “DyFlex brings deep SAP consulting capabilities that are key to reimagining SaaS, modernising clients’ business landscapes and driving operational performance.” Reinforcing the local operational advantages, Carla Ramchand, Managing Director ANZ at Cognizant, noted, “Clients across Australia and New Zealand are seeking practical pathways to modernise core platforms while adopting cloud, data and AI capabilities.” Looking forward to the integrated future, Evan Mantis, Chief Executive Officer of DyFlex, remarked, “DyFlex has grown by building enduring relationships with our clients, investing in our great people and developing deep expertise across our core industries and the SAP ecosystem.” Financial terms were undisclosed, and the transaction is expected to close in Q1 2027, subject to regulatory approvals.
