KnowBe4, the world-renowned cybersecurity platform that comprehensively addresses human risk management, announced an innovative new line of native AI security agents designed to automate and optimize human risk management – ​​AIDA.

AIDA is an agent suite that enhances the approach to human risk management by leveraging multiple AI technologies to create personalized, adaptive, and highly effective training for all end users that actually changes behavior. The SmartRisk Agent TM is the foundation of the entire agent portfolio. SmartRisk Agent leverages end-user behavioral data from KnowBe4 products to help measure cyber risk in humans. This agent’s multi-dimensional risk scores are designed to make it easier for security professionals to see potential issues at the user, group, and organizational levels.

According to a 2024 LastPass study , over 95% of cybersecurity professionals believe that AI-generated content makes phishing more difficult to detect. This technological advancement in the hands of bad actors has created a new generation of highly convincing social engineering attacks that unique security awareness training struggles to combat.

Here are the first four agents available:

  1. Automated Learning Agent: Uses AI with 316 indicators influencing 37 factors across seven knowledge domains to analyze end users’ learning history, job role, risk score, behavioral patterns, and even languages ​​so AIDA can automatically assign the most relevant and engaging content.
  2. Model Generation Agent: Leveraging generative AI, AIDA creates highly realistic phishing models that reflect current attack vectors. Red flags are based on the NIST Phish Scale Framework .
  3. Knowledge Recall Agent: AIDA provides brief knowledge reminders at optimal intervals, ensuring that end users actually apply critical security concepts.
  4. Corporate Policy Quiz Agent: AIDA generates intelligent quizzes based on company-specific security and compliance policies.
