Ease.io has appointed Chad Holdorf as Chief Product Officer, bringing an experienced enterprise product leader with a background spanning AI platforms, agentic systems and B2B SaaS to the role. Holdorf announced the move on LinkedIn, marking his transition from Demandbase to Ease.io.
Holdorf most recently served as Vice President of Product Management at Demandbase, where he led product initiatives around AI-powered go-to-market technology. His work included developing AI agents and simplifying the architecture behind Demandbase’s AI platform.
Before Demandbase, Holdorf spent more than three years at Pendo as VP of Product. There, he led the development of Pendo Adopt, an enterprise product focused on software adoption and employee experiences. His earlier career also included product leadership at Salesforce and technology work at John Deere.
His move to Ease.io comes as product organizations increasingly rethink how AI should be incorporated into enterprise software. Holdorf’s recent work has focused on moving beyond AI experimentation toward products that can use agents, data and automation to support business workflows.

At Demandbase, he was involved in simplifying a multi-agent architecture after observing how customers interacted with the system. His public case study describes an increase in conversation pass rates from 22% to 98% after the architecture was redesigned.
The transition also adds to a broader trend of product leadership roles evolving alongside enterprise AI. Product executives are increasingly responsible for connecting AI capabilities with user needs, data quality, governance and measurable product outcomes.
At Ease.io, Holdorf will take on the Chief Product Officer role as the company continues to develop its product direction. His experience across enterprise software, product strategy and AI-enabled platforms adds a new chapter to a career increasingly centered on building and scaling AI-native products.
