Gruve, founded by Tarun Raisoni and Sushil Goyal, has made significant strides with the acquisition of SecurView. This first acquisition will bolster our AI, data management, and cybersecurity practices, positioning us as a leader in providing comprehensive AI-driven solutions to enterprises. Additionally, Rashi Mehta has been appointed as Chairperson of the Board, bringing her extensive governance expertise and helping Gruve create a robust social responsibility framework for AI adoption for global organizations.

Key Acquisition
SecurView: A leading cybersecurity and identity management services organization with 300 employees based in New Jersey, USA, and Pune, India. SecurView, an ISO-27001 SOC certified and premier Cisco Mint Services Partner, will enhance Gruve’s AI and cybersecurity practice. Rajeev Khanolkar, CEO of SecurView, will additionally take on the role of Chief Strategy Officer at Gruve.

Partnership Launch
In addition to an exciting new acquisition, Gruve is launching a partnership with Acuvity.AI — in the areas of Cybersecurity and Generative AI. Acuvity solves the challenge of content-based access controls with deep visibility, controls and governance in the Enterprise to enable Generative AI.
