SnapLogic, the leader in generative integration, announced that Spirent Communicationsopens in new tab plc, the leading provider of test and assurance solutions for next-generation devices and networks, is leveraging the SnapLogic Platform to put Generative AI to work, modernizing its platform and accelerating GenAI-powered transformation.

Spirent helps customers innovate faster and reduce costs by addressing the test, assurance, and automation challenges of emerging network, cloud and cybersecurity technologies. The company was looking for a solution to replace its two separate on-prem data and application integration solutions that were difficult to use and costly to maintain. They were also looking to accelerate GenAI-powered business processes.  One of the first use cases was to transform a manual time intensive process that forced business intelligence and sales teams to spend several hours per day on manual go-to-market tasks. Spirent turned to SnapLogic to dramatically improve their integration efficiency and the pace of GenAI application development.

“Spirent is committed to helping employees and customers innovate faster by addressing the challenges of new and emerging technologies and required a modern integration tool to streamline our increasingly sprawling systems,” said Matt Bostrom, VP of Enterprise Technology, Spirent. “After comparing all available platforms on the market, SnapLogic proved to be the highest performing solution for data and application integration and GenAI application development eliminating the need for multiple tools, licenses, and vendors, ultimately reducing platform maintenance costs by 90%. With the ability to seamlessly build GenAI applications in-house using SnapLogic’s GenAI App Builder in just a matter of days, SnapLogic has been essential in automating processes, eliminating costly resources, streamlining business operations, and presenting the internal teams with relevant AI powered information within applications they are already familiar with.”

In just a few short months since the launch earlier this year, SnapLogic’s GenAI App Builder is seeing immediate traction in the market. It remains the first ever no-code, click-and-configure application development platform that enables customers to create LLM-powered applications and workflows in minutes. Spirent utilized GenAI App Builder to create an internal sales intelligence tool that delivered pre-synthesized, summarized customer and competitive information for sales and support teams, a process that previously took team members more than eight hours per week to complete manually. In the first ninety days after deployment, Spirent saw a 25% increase in business intelligence worker productivity and is expecting a 5% increase in Sales productivity.

“Despite the noise about GenAI not delivering value, Spirent and other leading companies are demonstrating that with the right use case and architecture, tremendous value can be unlocked,” said Jeremiah Stone, CTO of SnapLogic. “Spirent recognized the transformative power of GenAI for their business and had the courage to drive their vision into production, utilizing our best-in-class solutions to orchestrate AI technology to streamline their customer intelligence operations and deliver to its teams. This is just the tip of the iceberg.”
