Additionally, both Boomi and ServiceNow have extended their collaboration with a view to ensuring that activation and operationalization of data in the enterprise context become easier. In other words, the two players’ collaboration has been geared towards ensuring increased connectivity and automation of workflows with a view to facilitating faster AI-led transformations.
With respect to the new collaboration between Boomi and ServiceNow, Boomi has been announced as a launch partner of the Workflow Data Network Passport Program by ServiceNow. As such, businesses will be able to tap into the integrations, automation, and data activation capabilities of Boomi through the ServiceNow AI Platform.
In addition, this collaboration improves the functionality of the ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric through increased connectivity outside the ServiceNow environment. Thus, companies will be able to bring their external data sources into the platform and provide AI-powered agents with real-time access to business-relevant data. The integration of the solutions is expected to benefit enterprises moving towards an agentic model of AI, where connected and constantly updated data sources play a crucial role.
“ServiceNow’s Workflow Data Fabric excels at connecting and bringing trusted, contextual data into the ServiceNow platform for workflows and agents that run the business, and Boomi is a leader in enterprise connectivity with their cloud native iPaaS and broader data connectivity solutions,” said Pramod Mahadevan, VP of Data & Analytics Product Ecosystem at ServiceNow. “Together ServiceNow and Boomi are solving for customers’ end-to-end connectivity requirements across the enterprise and simplifying multi-system integration, reducing the cost to activate data and accelerating intelligent workflows at scale on the ServiceNow AI Platform.”

Under the expanded partnership, Boomi will support enterprises by connecting external systems into ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric, enabling real-time data accessibility across operational environments. Boomi Data Hub will also help organizations maintain synchronized and trusted master data for workflows and AI agents operating within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Additionally, the collaboration supports ServiceNow Zero Copy capabilities by helping organizations transfer data from legacy and hybrid infrastructures into modern cloud-based data environments such as Snowflake and RaptorDB.
The companies are also simplifying procurement and deployment processes through a unified commercial framework. This approach is intended to help enterprises accelerate implementation timelines while reducing operational friction often associated with managing multiple integration vendors and disconnected platforms.
Real world success stories exemplifying the value of this partnership include Lightedge, a rolled up customer of both Boomi and ServiceNow. Lightedge is utilizing the integrated platform approach to bring their legacy tools into a more comprehensive and cohesive AI-enabled ecosystem, supporting the streamlining of their CRM and integrator architecture and broader enhancement in data accessibility across the enterprise. This will help Lightedge foster operational agility.
“Lightedge is on a journey to modernize our CRM, and the combination of ServiceNow and Boomi made that transformation possible in ways we hadn’t anticipated,” said Michael Gallagher, CIO, Lightedge. “By consolidating multiple integration tools into a unified platform, we’ve reduced complexity, improved agility, and ensured our data flows directly into the workflows that drive our business. Through the combined solution of Boomi and ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric, we were able to move faster, eliminate procurement friction, and focus on delivering AI-first CRM and integration capabilities across the organization.”
This broadened alliances validates the rising need by companies for open systems that can integrate siloed datacenters; help govern intelligent automation across the organization; and enable scalable AI. With companies emphasizing more and more the value of agentic AI and real time decisions, relations on data activation and inter-operability and connected workflows intelligence should be top priorities in enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
