Kyndryl, a global leader in mission-critical enterprise technology services, has announced a strategic partnership with Nova Intelligence, an innovator in multi-agent AI solutions for SAP Clean Core modernization. This collaboration is aimed at helping enterprises fast-track AI-driven SAP digital transformation initiatives.
Through this alliance, Kyndryl will integrate its SAP modernization and data transformation expertise with Nova Intelligence’s advanced agentic AI technology. The combined offering will enable enterprises to accelerate their SAP Cloud ERP (formerly SAP S/4HANA) transformations — from migrating to SAP Cloud ERP to modernizing existing systems — while ensuring alignment with SAP Clean Core principles in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
The partnership focuses on simplifying SAP Clean Core adoption by converting legacy custom code into compliant, modernized applications. Kyndryl will leverage Nova Intelligence’s AI-powered capabilities to analyze, document, and transform custom code, as well as design, build, and test end-to-end Clean Core–compliant solutions.
