Gong, a leader in revenue AI solutions, has announced its official availability on the Microsoft Marketplace. This is a further extension of the company’s cooperation with Microsoft, where both companies will try to simplify and speed up the process of buying, implementing, and utilizing artificial intelligence in order to improve revenue operations within enterprises.

With this partnership, both companies want to integrate state-of-the-art features of revenue AI technology into common GTM practices. This integration takes advantage of real-time customer data which has been gathered in the Gong Revenue Graph, the dynamic layer of context built on the basis of real buyer behavior, and which is embedded in Microsoft productivity suites.

“With Gong now available in Microsoft Marketplace, it’s easier for organizations to bring revenue AI directly into their workflows”, said Shane Evans, Chief Revenue Architect at Gong. “Microsoft is where revenue professionals get work done and where enterprises build their infrastructure on Azure. Gong’s Revenue AI OS brings purpose-built agents and revenue context into those environments to make them optimized for go-to-market teams. Gong partnering with Microsoft allows us to deliver the scale, security, and performance enterprises expect, while embedding revenue AI directly into the environments they already trust.”

Because the technology is aligned with Microsoft Azure, mutual enterprise customers receive the security and performance benefits associated with Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure.

The integration aims to optimize customer success through three primary functional areas:

  • Model Context Protocol (MCP) Powered AI Workflows: By utilizing MCP support, organizations can link Microsoft 365 Copilot directly to the Gong MCP Server. This architecture gives Copilot access to specialized revenue AI insights and autonomous agents, allowing it to generate highly contextualized answers, interaction summaries, and data-backed next steps to facilitate synchronized actions across multiple corporate applications.
  • Revenue Workflow Contextualization: Insights on customers that are generated within the Gong system will be configured to integrate seamlessly with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Copilot. This allows important background information about customers to be available within normal employee interfaces.
  • Data Enrichment Automation: The system will collect structured data about customer contacts via virtual meetings, email, and phone calls before integrating this data within Dynamics 365. All of these interactions will be enriched automatically by AI-generated summaries and next steps to ease the process of manual data entry for the sales representatives.

“Microsoft Marketplace helps organizations and partners move faster, work smarter, and grow by connecting them with the right solutions all in one trusted place,” said Cyril Belikoff, vice president, Microsoft Azure Product Marketing. “We’re happy to welcome Gong to the growing Microsoft Marketplace ecosystem.”

The offering is currently accessible via the Microsoft Marketplace, and active support for MCP has officially launched.
