Globant Appoints Sarab Narang as CEO of Glob.AI to Lead AI-Native Services Model

Globant has appointed Sarab Narang as CEO of Glob.AI, its newly established AI-native technology services model, as the company looks to reshape how enterprises access and deploy artificial intelligence services. Narang will report directly to Globant CEO and co-founder Martín Migoya.

Narang brings more than 23 years of experience spanning enterprise AI, generative AI, machine learning, software, and consulting. Before joining Globant, he held senior leadership positions at ServiceNow, AWS, and KPMG, where he worked on developing and scaling enterprise AI products and go-to-market strategies.

In his new role, Narang will lead Glob.AI’s growth, with a focus on expanding its AI-native services model and increasing enterprise adoption. The model is built around AI Pods, which combine multiple AI agents with human supervision to perform specialized technology tasks.

The development reflects a broader shift in the technology services industry. Traditional IT projects have generally relied on teams of specialists working against hourly or project-based structures. AI-native approaches are beginning to introduce different models, where software agents can perform portions of development, testing, modernization, and other technology workflows while human experts remain involved in oversight and governance.

Glob.AI was introduced by Globant earlier this month as a model that connects AI-native delivery with the company’s established enterprise technology experience. Its AI Pods are designed around specific tasks and industries, with pricing linked to output or consumption rather than traditional measures such as hours or seats.

The company has also been expanding its AI ecosystem through partnerships with technology providers including Anthropic and Vercel. Its collaboration with Anthropic includes Claude-powered AI Pods, while its partnership with Vercel focuses on AI-assisted application development and modernization.

Narang’s appointment comes as enterprises increasingly move from AI experimentation toward production-scale adoption. For technology services providers, this transition is creating new questions around how AI work should be delivered, measured, governed, and integrated with human expertise.

The Glob.AI model highlights one possible direction for the industry: combining autonomous AI capabilities with human oversight while shifting technology services toward measurable outcomes.
