Varonis Systems, Inc., a leader in data security, has announced the acquisition of AllTrue.ai, a niche AI Trust, Risk, and Security Management (AI TRiSM) solution aimed at providing real-time visibility and control over AI systems within an enterprise’s environment.
The acquisition of AllTrue.ai is another step in Varonis’ efforts to provide organizations with a comprehensive platform that not only provides robust data security but also provides comprehensive AI governance. With the acquisition, Varonis has further strengthened its position in data, identity, and access security while adding AI security capabilities.
