emnify has appointed Kenneth De Spiegeleire as its new Chief Executive Officer, marking a leadership transition at the IoT connectivity company. De Spiegeleire shared the milestone on LinkedIn while reflecting on his second anniversary with the organization and the pace of change across the industry.
De Spiegeleire takes over the CEO role after serving as emnify’s Chief Commercial Officer. He joined the company in 2024 as Chief Revenue Officer and moved into the Chief Commercial Officer position in 2025. During his tenure, he has been involved in the company’s go-to-market strategy and expansion across global and enterprise markets.
Before joining emnify, De Spiegeleire held leadership positions at Cisco, Vodafone and Dropbox, building experience across IoT, cloud and software-as-a-service businesses. His background combines commercial leadership with experience in scaling technology-focused organizations.

The leadership change also includes a new role for emnify founder and current CEO Frank Stoecker, who has become Executive Chairman of the Board. In that position, Stoecker will focus on investor and board relationships as well as strategic partnerships. Lars Singbartl, who previously served as chairman, will remain on the board.
The transition comes as the IoT connectivity market continues to evolve alongside the expansion of connected devices across transportation, aviation, electric vehicle charging, digital infrastructure and other sectors. emnify operates a cloud-native connectivity platform designed to help enterprises manage connected devices across global networks.
According to emnify, the company recently surpassed €50 million in annual recurring revenue and recorded 30% year-over-year growth. The company said it will continue building on its existing foundation as De Spiegeleire takes over the CEO position.
The appointment represents a new phase in De Spiegeleire’s two-year journey with emnify and places his commercial and technology-sector experience at the center of the company’s next stage of leadership.
