Health Partners Group has announced that Ruth Handcock, most recently CEO of Octopus Money, will become its new Chief Executive Officer from November 2026. The leadership transition will see co-founder and current CEO Andrew Noble move into the role of Co-Chairman, where he will continue working with Handcock and the board.

Handcock brings senior leadership experience across financial services, workplace financial wellbeing and business transformation. Before joining Health Partners Group, she served as CEO of Octopus Money. Her earlier career also included leadership positions within the wider Octopus Group, including serving as CEO of Octopus Investments.

Her move comes as Health Partners Group continues to operate in the workplace healthcare sector, providing occupational health and related services to organizations. The company combines clinical care, expert advice and technology-enabled systems as part of its workplace health programs.

Noble said Handcock brings “thoughtful, ambitious leadership” for the company’s next chapter and described the transition as a natural step following the business’s development over the past decade. He will work closely with Handcock and the board following the leadership change.

The appointment represents a leadership transition for Health Partners Group while retaining continuity at board level through Noble’s move to Co-Chairman. For Handcock, it marks a move from financial wellbeing and financial services into workplace healthcare, adding another dimension to her executive career.

The change also highlights the increasingly broad connection between employee wellbeing, workplace healthcare and organizational support as companies place greater attention on the health and wellbeing of their workforces.
