Healthcare IT developer TransformativeMed has announced a strategic partnership with Red Rover Health to design and deploy agentic artificial intelligence solutions directly embedded within Oracle Health’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) ecosystem. The collaboration pairs TransformativeMed’s Agentic Clinical Operating System (ACOS) a platform built to minimize cognitive strain and present context-aware insights to clinical staff with Red Rover Health’s secure interoperability framework and Model Context Protocol (MCP), enabling AI agents to interact with healthcare data natively. Developed alongside a prominent academic health system, the joint initiative targets agentic patient discharge planning as its initial focus to streamline a historically complex, resource-heavy acute care process.
