France-based Dassault Systèmes, the largest software company, has entered into a definite agreement to buy ArisGlobal, an established AI-native platform for compliance in enterprises within the life sciences domain, at an estimated cost of $1.8 billion in cash on closing and up to $200 million in future performance-based payments. By leveraging the unique capabilities of ArisGlobal’s platform for regulations, safety, quality, and medical affairs along with its technology platforms of research, development, and manufacturing, Dassault Systèmes intends to create an industry-first AI intelligence platform connecting molecules, patients, and outcomes. The deal, entirely financed through balance sheet cash, is likely to be closed in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory clearances, which will bring immediate synergy to revenues and positive EPS growth in the first year. ArisGlobal’s core NavaX AI platform serves as a critical single source of truth, automating complex workflows across 12 million annual patient safety reports and driving operational productivity gains exceeding 30%.
