ICF Unveils AI-Powered Accelerator to Modernize Government Licensing and Permitting

ICF has launched an innovative AI-powered accelerator which was built by collaborating with Salesforce and Docusign to enable government agencies to digitize and accelerate their licensing, permit, and inspection processes. This tool is designed to shorten time periods and minimize inefficiencies associated with traditional implementation process through combining its agentic AI capabilities along with the firm’s extensive experience in the field of public sector. Moreover, the new solution will be able to integrate with current technological infrastructure and automate repetitive tasks as well as optimize processes of cooperation between different parties and processes related to compliance.
