Cotality Introduces MCP Server to Power AI-Driven Property Intelligence

Related stories

Cotality recently unveiled a universal connector for AI by launching its Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server and AI-ready property intelligence assets. With this, they strive to make AI-driven decision-making more reliable by linking fragmented property data. The press release points out a major step taken to facilitate agentic AI workflows in the property sector through the implementation of a standardized network allowing AI models and agents to securely connect to trusted, high-quality data in real-time. Central to this new advancement is the idea of “AI-ready data” which cross-references datasets with semantic context that makes it possible for AI systems to understand the property data’s meaning rather than just the processing of raw values, which in turn leads to higher accuracy and better usability in real-world scenarios. The MCP Server is a universal connector based on the new Model Context Protocol standard that facilitates the easy connection of AI systems with Cotality’s extensive property intelligence ecosystem. It achieves this while also ensuring governance, traceability, and compliance. Addressing a critical industry challenge, the company emphasizes that unreliable or fragmented data often leads to inaccurate AI outputs, making trusted data foundations essential for enterprise adoption.

As Devi Mateti, President, Enterprise Digital Solutions at Cotality, stated, “Property data is historically fragmented, non-standardized, and complex, which often leads AI models to hallucinate and produce unreliable results. Our clients want to rely on best-in-class Cotality data and analytics to enable fiduciary-grade AI that they can rely on,” adding, “Our MCP Server, grounded in high-quality Cotality data and analytics, can empower true agentic-powered orchestration, enabling Clients to automate complex property workflow with verified facts, not best guesses.” The solution is even more powerful with the CoreAI features of Cotality, which are based on Google Cloud and bring intelligence into various workflows. This includes persistent property identifiers, instant insights, and generative AI applications specifically designed for valuation, underwriting, and risk assessment, among others. By making it easier to plug in and not requiring custom connections, the MCP Server allows organizations to put AI to work on a large scale without the need to compromise on data security, which stays within one’s environment. In the end, this release enables Cotality to lead the change in the property ecosystem by assisting businesses to move from simple AI test cases to fully-fledged, autonomous systems capable of delivering quick insights, higher productivity, and entirely new ways of creating value.
