Cognizant Technology Solutions has made a major step forward in furthering its strategic partnership with Google Cloud in moving from foundational platform integration to a full-scale enterprise execution model that is aimed at helping global businesses operationalize agentic AI in real-world settings.
The new partnership is based on the company’s previous work with Google Cloud technologies and is informed by a set of internal deployments, commercial enablements, and delivery investments. The partnership is aimed at helping businesses improve productivity and unlock value from agentic artificial intelligence.
Strategic Enterprise AI Deployment and Internal Adoption
As part of this expanded engagement, Cognizant has invested in deploying Google Workspace alongside Gemini Enterprise across its own enterprise operations to strengthen employee productivity, enhance internal employee experience, and speed overall delivery velocity.
Building on this internal execution strength, Cognizant is launching a new productivity offering for its clients by integrating Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise. This combined offering is expected to make AI-based workflows simpler and faster by enabling activities like content creation and automated supplier notifications.

Cognizant’s approach includes establishing a dedicated Gemini Enterprise Center of Excellence and strengthening delivery practices to ensure consistent and scalable agentic AI implementation. The company’s Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC) framework will guide clients from initial design and blueprinting through validation and full production rollout.
“Our partnership with Cognizant brings together advanced AI technology and deep industry expertise to help enterprises operationalize agentic AI,” commented Kevin Ichhpurani, President, Global Ecosystem and Channels at Google Cloud. “Together, we are enabling organizations to deploy enterprise-ready AI solutions that deliver real business impact.”
Tools, Capabilities and Industry Impact
Cognizant continues to extend its agentic AI capabilities through tools such as Cognizant Ignition, powered by Gemini, which accelerates discovery, data foundation optimization, and rapid proof-of-value prototyping. Additionally, the company’s Cognizant Agent Foundry platform supports no-code agent deployment and pre-configured solutions targeting high-ROI use cases like AI-enabled contact centers and intelligent order management systems.
With a globally trained cadre of specialists and presentations at Google Experience Zones and Gen AI Studios, Cognizant and Google Cloud continue to demonstrate how enterprises can integrate agentic AI beyond isolated pilots into operational structures that prioritize governance, scalability and measurable outcomes.
