At the 2026 CES event, Transcarent announced significant developments of its improved platform, WayFinding 2.0, which comprises its series of agentic tools and products that are focused on working towards minimizing friction within healthcare and assisting consumers in offering personalized proactive guidance via generative AI. The improved platform incorporates voice AI-assisted scheduling that connects Transcarent Members to quality in-network providers for both online and offline visits and is equipped with cutting-edge symptom checks that offer conversational support for millions of clinical encounters. A particularly impressive feature of the improved platform is the incorporation of the ‘Total Recall Memory Engine™’ which learns specific ‘preferences, histories, and patterns’ to predict ‘each individual’s next best step and support remembering past encounters and following a plan of treatment and drugs’. The Personalized Health Path™ feature further extends the platform’s value by offering preventive measures, necessary screenings, and tailored health recommendations informed by doctors, nurses, specialists, and therapists, all supported by AI to promote long-term wellbeing and longevity. Together, these capabilities build on WayFinding’s existing strengths of personalized benefits navigation, real-time clinical guidance, and rapid access to care, creating a more seamless and actionable health experience that moves “from answers to action” for consumers.

Transcarent also highlighted its commitment to safe, responsible AI development as a member of the Data & Trusted AI Alliance, applying global standards and robust governance frameworks to ensure transparency, privacy protection, and ethical use, with clinician oversight integrated into product development. “We were the first to put the power of clinically developed, trusted, generative AI into the hands of health consumers, and now more than a million people have access to our WayFinding experience,” said Glen Tullman, Chief Executive Officer of Transcarent. “To lead in the AI space today, you need a combination of vision, capabilities, and the willingness to invest… We’ve officially moved beyond the ‘chat assistant era’ into the ‘agentic action era’ in healthcare.” Transcarent’s unified platform continues to integrate benefits, clinical content, care delivery, and administrative functions into a connected experience tied to a national network of providers, pharmacy solutions, and centers of excellence.
