WRITER, a leader in agentic AI for enterprises, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) have announced an expanded collaboration at AWS re:Invent to enhance the scalability and security of enterprise AI agents by integrating WRITER’s platform with Amazon Bedrock and unveiling a new agent supervision and orchestration suite that functions as a centralized control center for enterprise AI. This strategic move empowers organizations to build, deploy, and manage AI agents using a broad range of models hosted on Amazon Bedrock including custom models built by enterprises alongside WRITER’s Palmyra family of LLMs, all under unified governance, observability, and security frameworks embedded in WRITER’s AI Studio, driving interoperability and enterprise-wide oversight.

“At Vanguard, trust and responsibility are at the heart of our business,” said Vanguard CIO Nitin Tandon. “We leverage WRITER’s Palmyra-powered agents, integrated with AWS, to strengthen our workflows. We’re excited about the ongoing control and security innovation from WRITER and AWS to further enable our mission to give investors the best chance for investment success.” WRITER’s new supervision suite closes the trust gap by giving IT teams full visibility and control across the agent lifecycle, including pre-deployment approvals, real-time monitoring of user and agent interactions, centralized approval workflows, global guardrails to prevent misuse, and seamless integration with existing observability and security tools, enabling concurrent collaboration between IT and business teams while ensuring compliance and reducing vendor sprawl. “The biggest barrier to democratizing agents in the enterprise is trust,” said WRITER CEO and Co-founder May Habib. “CIOs need to know they can unleash business innovation without losing control. By expanding our supervision capabilities and deepening our relationship with AWS, we’re delivering a new control center for enterprise AI a secure, interoperable platform where our customers like Vanguard, Qualcomm, and AstraZeneca can build and scale with complete confidence.” Nishant Mehta, VP of Compute Services at AWS, further emphasized that effective agent deployment requires access to both powerful models and secure infrastructure, and the collaboration leverages the diverse model ecosystem of Amazon Bedrock to meet enterprise expectations for visibility, control, and trust, thereby accelerating production and enabling measurable business value.
