TD SYNNEX has unveiled its new PartnerFirst Digital Bridge AI Assistant, now available via its Microsoft Teams plugin in North America, integrating real-time product intelligence, solution enablement, and vendor‐program data directly into a tool partners already use. By embedding AI-driven insights within Teams, the assistant gives resellers seamless access to critical information such as real-time pricing, inventory, and order status through adaptive cards, eliminating the need to switch platforms. According to a TD SYNNEX report, nearly half of North American partners consider AI + cloud-native tech as the most impactful trend, and this launch operationalizes that by bringing trusted intelligence and personalised data into their day-to-day workflows.

“Through this AI Assistant, we’re operationalizing AI for partners by bringing trusted intelligence and personalized data into the tools they already use,” said Nate Herz, SVP, CIO, North America, TD SYNNEX. The innovation lets partners pull deep enablement resources and technical information directly into customer conversations, accelerating responsiveness and adding value. Moreover, vendor integration with Dell as an early collaborator further enhances efficiency: “The PartnerFirst Digital Bridge AI Assistant … is transforming how partners access and act on information,” said Erik Day, SVP & GM, SMB Strategy and Transformation at Dell Technologies. Digital Bridge, which launched earlier this year, now supports over 3,000 partners and leverages secure API connectivity, an AI-ready data foundation and native workflow integration across Teams and Outlook.
