Zepp Health, the parent company of Amazfit, has announced the acquisition of the core assets and intellectual property of Wild.AI, a platform specializing in hormone-informed wellness for women. The acquisition, finalized at the end of August, includes Wild.AI’s proprietary technology and select leadership team members.

Wild.AI is renowned for its use of physiological and hormonal data to help women track, train, fuel, and recover based on their cycle and life stage. From menstruation to menopause, the platform delivers personalized insights that aim to improve performance, reduce injury risk, and enhance body awareness. This acquisition builds upon a successful partnership between Zepp Health and Wild.AI, highlighted by the recent launch of a Wild.AI mini-app on Amazfit’s Active 2 smartwatch.
