RoboSense, a pioneering AI-driven robotics technology company, and LionsBot, a renowned robotics developer from Singapore, have announced a strategic partnership, joining forces to enhance the visual perception capabilities of intelligent cleaning robots and expand multi-scenario applications. This collaboration aims to accelerate the global transformation of the cleaning industry.
RoboSense is supplying its high-performance LiDAR to enhance LionsBot’s large cleaning robots, including the R12 Rex, R3 series, and next-generation cleaning robots. This collaboration will provide LionsBot’s robots with highly accurate and stable perception, improving navigation and obstacle avoidance across various environments—from large commercial and industrial parks to smaller office spaces. The partnership is expected to boost cleaning efficiency and accelerate the industry’s shift toward greater intelligence.
“The global adoption of commercial cleaning robots is accelerating, with great potential ahead,” said Mark Qiu, CEO of RoboSense. “We will deepen our cooperation with LionsBot, leveraging continuously improving environmental perception technology to enhance autonomous navigation and obstacle avoidance. This will enable LionsBot’s robots to handle complex cleaning scenarios with ease, driving the intelligent and high-performance development of cleaning robots.”

Dylan Ng, CEO & Co-Founder of LionsBot, said, “LionsBot is committed to empowering the cleaning services industry, making the world cleaner and better. Our partnership with RoboSense will enable our cleaning robots to achieve precise and proactive obstacle detection and tracking, delivering more stable, safer, and more efficient intelligent cleaning solutions to the industry.”
In large commercial and industrial spaces such as airports, warehouses, museums, and hospitals, RoboSense’s LiDAR, with its wide FOV and powerful ranging capabilities, enables LionsBot’s R12 Rex series cleaning robots to cover a larger perception area, ensuring they never get ‘lost’ and significantly improving operational efficiency. In high-traffic, complex environments such as offices and retail stores, RoboSense’s LiDAR helps LionsBot’s R3 series robots accurately detect obstacles, including high-reflectivity objects, minimizing interference from both static and moving objects, thus enabling efficient cleaning while reducing safety risks.
Looking ahead, RoboSense and LionsBot will explore new frontiers in intelligent cleaning, and develop next-generation perception solutions to revolutionize the global cleaning industry.
