KX, a global leader in high performance analytical databases and vector-based data management, is pleased to announce the appointment of Clint Maddox as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Maddox brings nearly three decades of experience in scaling high-growth enterprise software businesses, particularly in relation to artificial intelligence (AI) and automation technologies. At KX, Maddox will be responsible for managing go-to-market strategy and execution for its world-wide sales and customer success organization.

Maddox will lead a team of high-performing, customer-facing experts that help KX customers and partners solve complex problems by leveraging real time data and analytics to support better business decision-making, accelerating knowledge work and expediting generative Al into production. He will play a pivotal role in accelerating and expanding adoption of KX by enterprises and strategic partners.

Prior to KX, Maddox served as Chief Revenue Officer at ConnectWise. Under his leadership, ConnectWise achieved 250% revenue growth, successfully launched and scaled a Cyber Security Business Unit and brought to market an award-winning partner program. He was recently named a 2024 Channel Chief by CRN. In prior roles, he led the Global Service Provider business at CA Technologies, where he was focused on delivering high-impact business outcomes for customers through CA Technologies’ largest partners. He also led the global relationship with IBM Services, including the development of strategic offerings with their Global Services Business Unit, growing revenues by more than 500% during his tenure.
