Seasoned SaaS and Artificial Intelligence (AI) veteran joins Siteimprove to drive the next phase of innovation and growth

Siteimprove, a leading AI-powered SaaS platform for delivering compliant and accessible digital content experiences, has announced the appointment of Nayaki Nayyar as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board Member.

With over 25 years of experience in enterprise software, Nayyar is recognized for driving transformation, innovation, and growth in the industry. Most recently, as CEO of Securonix, she led the company through rapid evolution, establishing it as a major cybersecurity unicorn addressing global security challenges. Her career includes key leadership roles at Ivanti, SAP, and BMC Software, where she contributed to strategic expansions and technological advancements. Additionally, she holds board positions at Fortune 500 companies TD Synnex and Corteva Agriscience.

In conjunction with this leadership transition, Siteimprove has also appointed John Damgaard as Chairman of the Board. A veteran in the software industry, Damgaard brings extensive experience in executive leadership and board governance. Previously, he served as CEO of VelocityEHS and continues to hold the position of Chairman of its Board of Directors.
