ECI Unveils Built-in AI Agent to Transform Ecommerce for SMBs

ECI Software Solutions (ECI) has launched its new built-in ecommerce AI Agent within its EvolutionX platform (which also powers Spruce eCommerce) to help merchants simplify digital operations, drive growth, and compete more effectively online. The AI Agent brings together real-time insights, intuitive chat-based interfaces, automated product‐listing enrichment, and fraud-detection capabilities all embedded directly in the ecommerce workflow so users don’t need extensive technical expertise or budget to gain advanced AI functionality.
