The acquisition unifies Automation Anywhere’s existing APA system with Aisera’s agentic platform to create what the companies call the “industry’s most comprehensive agentic automation portfolio” enabling processes from intent-to-action ranging from natural language understanding to orchestration and automation across thousands of enterprise systems. Automation Anywhere aims to help organisations adopt the “Autonomous Enterprise” vision where up to 80 % of work is fully automated or assisted by AI agents, elevating human work, reducing costs and accelerating processes.
