Accenture Debuts AI Tool for Seamless Agent Collaboration

Accenture has unveiled ‘Trusted Agent Huddle,’ a pioneering solution designed to facilitate seamless collaboration among AI agents across diverse enterprise systems. Integrated within Accenture’s AI Refinery platform, this innovation enables secure interoperability among agents from leading platforms such as Adobe, AWS, Databricks, Google Cloud, Meta, Microsoft, NVIDIA, Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Snowflake, and Workday. By leveraging open standardization protocols like Agent2Agent and Model Context Protocol, Trusted Agent Huddle allows organizations to orchestrate and manage AI agents collectively, transforming entire workflows rather than isolated processes.

A proprietary algorithm evaluates and aligns agent performance, laying the groundwork for a future agent trust score. Lan Guan, Accenture’s Chief AI Officer, emphasized, “With the proliferation of AI agents across the enterprise, trust is the only limit to AI reaching its full potential, and seamless and secure multi-system collaboration between agents will further the impact and promise of what agentic AI can achieve.” FedEx is collaborating with Accenture and NVIDIA to explore the use of Trusted Agent Huddle to enhance supply chain resilience, enabling agents from different platforms to operate cohesively and drive innovation across the supply chain.​
