Deloitte launches Global AI Simulation Center for impact

Deloitte

Deloitte has announced a major expansion of its Global Artificial Intelligence (AI) Simulation Center of Excellence (CoE), reinforcing its commitment to AI innovation with a global investment of US$3 billion in Generative AI (GenAI) through fiscal year 2030. Initially launched in Bengaluru, India, the CoE is designed to support Deloitte’s global network by accelerating clients’ decision-making processes, mitigating risks, and maximizing return on investment (ROI). Through real-time insights, the center develops advanced visualizations, simulations, scenario modeling, digital twins, and multi-agent systems to drive smarter business decisions.

Now integrated into Deloitte Experience Centers worldwide, the Simulation CoE provides clients with immersive, hands-on experiences to enhance their understanding of complex scenarios and refine strategic planning. The CoE strengthens Deloitte’s Global GenAI Market Incubator by incorporating advanced simulation capabilities, delivering an innovative and dynamic approach to client advisory services.

“The Global AI Simulation Center of Excellence will help revolutionize the way clients approach strategy development,” says Deloitte Global Strategy, Risk & Transactions leader Nicolai Andersen. “This innovative CoE couples the power of GenAI with data to deliver customized recommendations for each client, providing leaders with actionable insights rather than relying on predictions from traditional approaches. Deloitte looks forward to unveiling this to an expanded set of clients globally, helping them expedite and hone the transformation of their operations and unleashing the immense potential of GenAI.”

The CoE is structured around four core simulation areas aimed at enhancing executive decision-making:

The Simulation CoE is a key component of Deloitte’s global capability and innovation strategy, collaborating with regional centers worldwide to drive AI-powered transformation. Serving as a hub for AI expertise, the CoE enables organizations to harness the full potential of GenAI while ensuring seamless integration with existing digital ecosystems.

By leveraging its multidisciplinary talent pool and extensive alliance network, Deloitte delivers precise, data-driven recommendations through the CoE. Recent collaborations include enterprise simulations for the power and utilities sector, addressing key challenges such as real-time monitoring, preventive maintenance, and hazard detection.

“Deloitte’s Simulation CoE in India bolsters the ability to advise clients globally—moving from discussing potential impacts to actively demonstrating how adjusting variables affects business outcomes,” says Sanghamitra Pati, Managing Director, AI and Engineering, Deloitte Consulting India Private Limited. “The CoE underscores and acts upon Deloitte’s belief that the future of business decisions requires a comprehensive blend of technology-driven insights with human influence and oversight.”

With its cutting-edge simulation capabilities and deep industry expertise, Deloitte‘s expanded CoE is poised to empower businesses worldwide, helping them navigate an AI-driven future with confidence and strategic precision.
