Semarchy, a global leader in Master Data Management (MDM) and data integration, announced the integration of the Semarchy Data Platform with Microsoft Fabric. This advancement marks a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing collaboration with Microsoft, enabling organizations to unify their master data within Microsoft OneLake. By leveraging Fabric services including Microsoft Power BI, Fabric Data Warehouse, and Fabric data agents businesses can now harness trusted data at scale. Additionally, Semarchy populates business-critical metadata into Microsoft Purview, empowering users to discover, understand, and govern their data more effectively.

The collaboration combines semantic models, enterprise-grade governance, and collaborative design capabilities, helping organizations accelerate decision-making and extract greater business value from their data.

This enhances trust and alignment in reporting and analytics through platforms like Power BI, GitHub Copilot, and other Fabric-integrated tools.

The integration also strengthens the technical and business value of the Semarchy Data Platform. With support for modern DataOps practices including version control through Git integration and productivity tools such as Visual Studio Code and GitHub Copilot organizations can accelerate the development, sharing, and management of data products while meeting the growing demand for scalable data initiatives.

The integration is being showcased this week at Microsoft FabCon EMEA in Vienna, marking the first of several planned innovations from Semarchy designed to expand value within the Fabric ecosystem.
