This acquisition aims to bolster Accenture’s capabilities in managing large-scale capital projects, particularly in the rapidly expanding data center market, where annual spending is projected to exceed $200 billion over the next 3-5 years. Steve Roberts, senior managing director at Accenture Industry X, noted, “The market for capital projects and especially data centers is growing rapidly, driven by ever-higher demand for cloud computing and AI and exponential data growth.” This move aligns with Accenture’s strategy to expand its infrastructure and capital projects capabilities globally, complementing previous acquisitions such as Anser Advisory in the U.S., Comtech in Canada, BOSLAN in Spain, and IQT Group in Italy.
