IBM has announced the availability of three new AI agents on the Oracle Fusion Applications AI Agent Marketplace. These agents are designed to enhance operational efficiency for organizations utilizing Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. Additionally, IBM plans to release complementary AI agents built with IBM watsonx Orchestrate for Human Resources and Supply Chain functions, aiming to support clients across various industries in transforming their business processes.
IBM’s AI Agents Built with Oracle AI Agent Studio
IBM Consulting developed the new AI agents using Oracle AI Agent Studio. These Oracle-validated agents automate important workflows in Oracle Fusion Applications. This helps businesses run operations more smoothly.
The three agents now available on the Oracle AI Agent Marketplace include:
Intercompany Agent: Automates the review of intercompany agreements.
Smart Sales Order Entry Agent: Streamlines the sales-order creation process by generating the necessary data for the order-to-cash cycle.
Requisition to Contract Agent: Simplifies the complex workflow of converting purchase requisitions into contract purchase orders.

Future Developments with IBM watsonx Orchestrate
IBM also plans to expand its ecosystem around Oracle Fusion Applications by releasing new AI agents for HR and Supply Chain functions. These agents are being developed using IBM watsonx Orchestrate, an enterprise-grade AI solution designed for developing, deploying, and governing AI agents. Watsonx Orchestrate, built on Red Hat OpenShift AI, provides a multi-agent approach that integrates with the AI agents offerings within Oracle AI Agent Studio and Oracle AI Agent Marketplace. It also serves as a multi-agent supervisor to orchestrate agents across both Oracle and non-Oracle applications and data sources.
Furthermore, Oracle intends to make the IBM Granite 4.0 family of AI models available through its Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Data Science via AI Quick Actions.
