Visibility into Kubernetes environments continues to pose a challenge for enterprises, compared to traditional technology stacks. Dynatrace’s Davis® AI engine combines the best of causal, predictive, and generative AI techniques to surface and contextualize root causes automatically. The platform’s AI capabilities are a major differentiator in reducing MTTR and align with enterprise needs for intelligent automation to manage complex, multi-environment architectures. As a result, Dynatrace provides critical business context, as it helps teams predict and prevent issues before they impact end users, directly tying observability to business outcomes.

“GigaOm’s recognition reaffirms our commitment to redefining observability for a new era of autonomous intelligence,” said Alois Reitbauer, Chief Technology Strategist at Dynatrace. “Being named both a Leader and an Outperformer highlights the momentum behind our platform as enterprises navigate increasingly complex, cloud-native environments. By combining unified observability and security with agentic AI, we are enabling customers to prevent issues, automatically remediate issues, as well as continuously optimize Kubernetes environments.”
