Amazon Web Services (AWS) announced the signing of a new Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) with the Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore (CSA) establishing cooperative efforts on national cyber defence and cybersecurity. The MOC was announced by Mrs. Josephine Teo, Minister of Digital Development and Information and Minister-in-charge of Smart Nation and Cybersecurity, at the Singapore International Cybersecurity Week 2025.
The MOC will, among other things, facilitate intelligence sharing, joint operations on incidents affecting systems of national importance, technical collaborations such as joint tabletop exercises, and ecosystem development.
AWS recognises that multi-stakeholder cooperation is key in cyberspace. This MOC advances the company’s commitment to make Singapore a safe and secure Smart Nation, and reflects AWS’s ongoing collaboration with governments in the digital domain to build a safer cyberspace for all.
